Using apto.id online service (apto.id) (collectively hereinafter referred to as “apto.id”) is governed by the terms and conditions below. By using apto.id you (also hereinafter referred to as “the user”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with these Terms and Conditions.

Please make sure that you stay informed about any changes to these Terms and Conditions. When you use apto.id it is interpreted as an acceptance of any modifications to the Terms and Conditions.

Privacy

Apto.id respects your privacy and appreciates the relationship with you. On this basis, the following presents the privacy practices for apto.id.

For our holder verification services, we will only ask you to sign a message using your wallet to verify your ownership of that wallet and list the NFTs or tokens that you own. We will never request that a transaction is made in that basis. Your user profile is shareable, public and will include your NFTs and tokens that you own as well as your publically available information about your discord account: discord id, discord username and avatar.

For our payment processing services, our business partners may ask for personal information such as your shipping details in order to ship merchandise. We will only be sharing that information with that business partner and will never outsource it to any other individual or service. Please also note, that we do not endorse the projects, or merchandise sold through our payment processing services and our business partner that creates each individual sale is fully responsible for the legality and safety of those purchases.

Throughout the services that we offer, we use your discord account as a means of authentication and log in. It is also an absolute requirement for holder verification to connect an aptos wallet with a discord id. We will not be storing any personal information such as e-mail, or other personifiable information in this process.

Apto.id will never email you, unless you have explicitly chosen to receive emails from apto.id. We will also contact you by email only in the case that you have requested information or clarifications from us.

We may use information gathered about you from our site statistics via log files provided by third-party tracking partners (for example, your IP address) to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.

Our site may also contain links to other third-party websites. Apto.id is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any other such website you visit.

Apto.id has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use 128-bit SSL security to encrypt any transmissions when you provide any kind of information, personal data, etc. No method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however.
